The hotel is centrally located in Phayao, just a short walk from the famous Wat Chedi Monastery and Health Garden Park.
Porridge options at breakfast need improvement.

Great location by the lake, perfect for walking. Rooms are well-decorated with quiet air conditioning. Fitness room has quality equipment. Breakfast is good for the price, with room for improvement. Useful desk in the room.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and I must say, it is truly a luxurious and comfortable place. The location is perfect, right by the lakefront, in a great area of Phayao. The view over the lake is simply gorgeous. I love sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The staff here are amazing, always going above and beyond to provide excellent service. They are extremely helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel offers a great location near a beautiful lake and plenty of shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy good facilities, including comfortable beds and air conditioning, with some rooms featuring stunning views of the lake and mountains. Breakfast selections are decent and the staff is helpful, responsive, and accommodating.
There have been a few issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, but the helpful staff quickly resolved them.

Great location near the lake and easy access to local restaurants. the beds were really comfortable which made for a good night's sleep. the breakfast had a good selection of food.
The room wasn't very clean and had a bad odor. the shower was difficult to use and flooded the bathroom.

The fitness room was a plus with good equipment, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel fell short in some areas. The bed was uncomfortable with a soft mattress, and the bathrooms were not as clean as they should be.
